My Chevy is a Dec 96 model which came with the smaller 3/8 oil cooler lines. I bought these along with 625-147 and 625-148 (1/2" oil cooler lines). I had previously bought GM Part 15158525 for a replacement oil cooler years ago. It is a direct fit, but it came with the larger connections for a 1/2" oil cooler line (late 97 and newer trucks). I think this is the correct part number, however I seem to recall issues getting the proper cooler. You'll also need clamps to mount the lines to the frame or clip GM PN 15731996. I will say these are the PN you need to upgrade the oil cooler. To shoe horn the alum lines in is possible but I gouged the lines pushing them thru. I really should've taken the time to unbolt the motor mount and jack up the engine. I just didn't plan for that and forced her home.
